The flavors

Gelato

Gelato is the Italian take on ice cream that consists of similar ingredients but with a twist.

True Italian gelato is made with fresh dairy and fruit, which gives the gelato a richer and creamier flavor than your typical American ice cream. Gelato is denser than ice cream as it contains less air.

Sorbetto

Sorbet is another frozen dessert popular in Italy. Sorbets are water-based, making this sweet treat both dairy and gluten free. Fresh fruit is added to the sorbet to give it an exquisite, natural fruit flavor while keeping the same creamy consistency of gelato!

what our fans are saying

It’s no mistake that Gelato naturally trumps ice cream. The nicety Chiara puts into ensuring her recipes are absolute shows from the initial taste. I purchased 4 flavors and have tried two so far.

The lemon sorbet (for it being sorbet), is as smooth as a gelato and is an impressively fresh dairy free alternative that makes me feel like I’m in Sicily eating from a local shop again.

The vanilla gelato creates that intense sensation which makes you melt into your seat, so make sure you’re sitting to ensure you don’t lose your sturdiness.
